Our sixth edition of ESMA’s newsletter is already here, thanks for joining us as we look ahead to a busy July. This month ESMA's Board of Supervisors will meet and several important consultations close. In this edition we also take a closer look at the ESMA Annual Report and catch up on the full list of publications from June.

- ESMA has published its Annual Report, which reviews its achievements against its 2018 priorities and objectives in meeting its mission of enhancing investor protection and promoting stable and orderly financial markets in the European Union.

ESMA’s opinion finds that the proposed measures are justified and proportionate and that it is necessary for NCAs of other Member States to take product intervention measures that are at least as stringent as ESMA’s measures. |
