[ESMA 33-128-563 Securitisation Q&A, Q&A 5.1.8.c]

For each ABCP programme, one entity should be designated in accordance with Article 7(2) to make available all the relevant information set out in Q&A 1262 relating to that ABCP programme and all the ABCP transactions within that ABCP programme.
