I take note that the event will take place across multiple venues within the conference area, including an auditorium (160 seats) and several break-out rooms. As auditorium capacity is limited, and since parallel sessions are scheduled in the afternoon, it may not be possible to attend every session in person. Access to sessions will be subject to room capacity and available seating on a first-come, first-served basis. Sessions held in the auditorium will be live-streamed to other rooms. Sessions held in break-out rooms will neither be recorded nor live-streamed.

In parallel to the main event, ESMA will organise some break-out sessions to discuss the future publication of new statistical information. This is linked to ESMA's effort to make decision-grade data available to the public, including based regulatory datasets such as EMIR, SFTR and MiFIR, and will be an opportunity to provide early feedback on the type of data that ESMA could make available (including on frequency, distribution channels and content).
