ESMA's webformular til klager vedrørende overtrædelse af EU-retten

Brug denne formular til at indgive en klage mod en national kompetent myndighed.  
Bemærk: Felter markeret med "skal udfyldes" er obligatoriske. Du kan kun indgive en klage, hvis disse felter er udfyldt.  
Inden du udfylder formularen, bedes du være opmærksom på, at ESMA's handling som reaktion på klager sandsynligvis ikke vil løse din personlige situation direkte. For eksempel vil ESMA's handling ikke medføre betaling af erstatning eller kompensation. Formålet med en undersøgelse af overtrædelser af EU-retten er generelt, dvs. at sikre, at de berørte nationale kompetente myndigheders praksis fremover bringes i fuld overensstemmelse med EU-retten. Bemærk også, at ESMA ikke er forpligtet til at indlede en undersøgelse af overtrædelse af EU-retten i henhold til artikel 17 i ESMA-forordningen, selv om ESMA vurderer, at en overtrædelse har fundet sted.  
For at løse din personlige situation direkte eller få tilkendt erstatning bør du overveje at iværksætte handling lokalt i den pågældende medlemsstat. Indgivelse af en klage til ESMA suspenderer ikke fristerne for at anlægge sag i henhold til national ret.
