Signatories to Best Practice Principles for Shareholder Voting Research and Analysis
Upon request from the founding signatories of the Best Practice Principles for Shareholder Voting Research and Analysis (the Principles), and in accordance with its mandate to act in matters of corporate governance according to Article 1.3 of Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010, ESMA has agreed to offer signatories to said Principles the option of having the fact that they are signatories published on ESMA’s website.
The below list of signatories is for information only. Please note that it is not obligatory according to the Principles to notify ESMA of being a signatory; signatories are free to decide whether they do or do not wish to be listed on ESMA’s website. A full list of signatories can be found at Best Practice Principles for Shareholder Voting Research where signatories’ Statements of Compliance are also available.

How to inform ESMA of being a signatory
Entities wishing to be included in the above list may notify ESMA to this effect via the email address corporate.finance[at]esma.europa.eu. Please include the date from which your entity is a signatory to the Principles in the notification.
